Director's Cut RPG Discord Bot

My preferred way to play RPGs online these days is using simple tools like Discord, Google Sheets, or Miro, rather than a VTT. That's also true for Outgunned, one of my favorite RPGs.

The tricky thing is that the Director's Cut RPG system (which is used by both Outgunned and Household) uses a very specific dice rolling mechanic that involves counting matches and performing one or more re-rolls. It's super fun with real dice, but I found it awkward to emulate this using the typical Discord dice bots.

This Discord dice bot solves that problem. Simply invite it to your Discord server and start playing. You can even pick from different dice images (including the official Outgunned, Outgunned Adventure, and Household dice, but also numbers and some very readable emoji based dice, which should help with accessibility).

The bot is open source, so feel free to fork the linked Github repo if you want to adapt it to your own game.
